The President of the United States of America

A few weeks ago, President Bush came to town for Furman University's graduation. Well, Lawrence and I were headed to the mall and realized that the President's motorcade was about to come through. So.........we pulled over with the other 100 people on the side of 385 and stood on a guard rail only to get a glimpse of the hundreds of state troopers and the President's limo! Here is a picture of his limo riding in front of us-- and Myabi's on 385!!

All Star Football Player

Tanner played flag football this year and did an awesome job! He may be one of the smallest ones on the team, but don't let that fool you! He did so well that he was named their playoff MVP and he also made the All-Star team! Their All-Star team won the Championship game!

Dance recital

On May 26, 2008 Emma and Joshua had their first dance recital! They both did wonderful! Emma is the "Dancing Queen". In the beginning she was very shy and she is the youngest one in her class, but you would have never known it! She did great! She had 2 routines- Ballett- When you wish upon a Star, Tap- Zip-a-Dee-Do Dah. Joshua took Hip Hop and did awesome. There were only 2 boys in the class, but that didn't slow him down any! They didn't get their dancing abilities from their mommy!

Daddy's Girl

On the night of Emma's dance recital, Lawrence gave Emma a rose after the performance! She thought she was hot stuff!!! She is spoiled rotten!

Here comes the Bride!

Emma a loves to play dress up! So........ one day we pulled out my wedding dress and put it on her! She loved it and kept saying "This is Mommy's marry dress". We had a fun time!

Caterpillar Family Fun Day

Today we went to Caterpillar for Family Fun Day! They had carnival rides, inflatables, popcorn, cotton candy, and lots of food! The kids enjoyed seeing where daddy works each day. We have this classic picture of the kids in the scoop of the excavator. Daddy's plant is where this machine's engine is made!
